Volunteer Driver Programs and Opportunities

Our strength is amplified with collective action, and you can help make a difference with Volunteer Driver programs throughout Northern Minnesota. Many members of our communities utilize volunteer drivers as their main source of transportation to and from non-emergency medical appointments, grocery stores, social events, and visiting friends and family. In addition to providing a safe ride, these volunteers provide important social interaction and have an important role in addressing social isolation by helping riders stay engaged in their community. 

Several transportation agencies in our region offer volunteer driver programs and need volunteers to fill the role.
